Difference between LtN Tuber Melanosporum, Tuber Indicum and Tuber Himalayensis
There are generally three types of black winter truffles in China, namely LtN Melanosporum (our truffles), Tuber Indicum and Tuber Himalayensis (Yunnan truffles). For those truffle importers overseas, these different species of truffles might cause confusion among them from several aspects, which will be explained in the following horizontal tabs.
